The chrome-plated brass Telescoping Anti-Siphon Frost-Free Hydrant is an innovative sillcock designed to make the installation or replacement of an existing sillcock a seamless experience. With its patented telescoping mechanism, this frost-proof hydrant can be installed to cover depths from 7 in. to 12 in. to provide maximum protection against frozen or burst pipes. Apollo offers connection inlets with male hose thread, solder, PEX-A barb, PEX-B barb, or push to connect. The telescopic action is achieved by simply twisting the tightening collar counter-clockwise to the desired length as indicated by the laser etched measurement makings on the body. Once the desired length is achieved, simply tighten the collar into place using the proprietary wrench
